Sew Your Way To His Heart

This is a beautiful pattern, with so many wonderful details. Jane thought of everything! I also love that there are short little videos for each step. I need videos when I sew. It did seem to run a tiny bit small. So I will probably size up, the next time I make it. This is going to be a staple pattern, that I will use over and over again.

Jane did a workshop for my three teenage girls and their friends. They all loved it and found it very useful. They are now using their new colour palettes to help choose formal dresses!. It has really helped them all know what colours suit them and what to go for when clothes shopping.

I love the camp shirt pattern. and I had a question about a tummy alteration, and had my answer very quickly. I added a contrasting band on the sleeve.

When printing was going wrong, Jane answered my anguished cries for help on a long weekend! It was a difficult job to adjust the pattern for an 18yo who is 6'7'' but she was there with support and suggestions all the way. I finally made a toile which I should have done in the first place and he has warm pants that cover his ankles.

Love this pattern - easy to follow and a beautiful finish! Thanks

This men’s boxer shorts sewing pattern is absolutely perfect for beginners like me. The instructions are incredibly detailed and easy to follow, making it a great choice for anyone making their first garment. What makes this pattern truly special is the support from Jane. She personally provides guidance and really takes the time to help you succeed.

After finishing my first pair of boxer shorts, I realised the front was a bit tight for my partner. I described the issue to Jane, and she immediately understood where the problem was. She professionally explained the fit issue and even sent me a tutorial link on how to extend the crotch area on the pattern. Thanks to her, I learned something new and improved my sewing!

It’s been such a wonderful experience—I’m still excited that I successfully sewed my very first garment. I highly recommend this pattern to any beginner. What you’re getting isn’t just a sewing pattern—you’re getting a sewing mentor too.

I love her voice on the video tutorial. She’s very pleasant to listen to. She explains things very well. I love the pattern

I made two collared camp shirts for my husband in no time.
Super simple to follow the pattern and the extra resources/videos etc were so helpful for the fine details.

Thank you so much Jane! I'll be sure to check your site first the next time I'm making something new xo

I really enjoyed making the Bucket Hat. The pattern, and instructions are very easy to follow. The finished product was a perfect fit and looked great. Highly recommend

Great communication, beautiful fabric.

I really enjoyed sewing this pattern. The instructions were easy to follow and I'm very happy with how the robe turned out. I made my robe out of flanelette and added piping. It's lovely and warm. Definitely recommend this pattern.

Jane congratulations on your extensive array of beautifully crafted designs and gorgeous gift solutions. Your Autumn range has brightened up our kitchen no end with few failing to admire your tea towels when they call in.

I’m really excited to make this, but I want to make it special. My husband had a winter robe I bought him 30 years ago and while it is threadbare in parts he won’t part with it, so this summer robe needs to be the right fabric weight and colour. Still in the planning. Winter here in Australia so I have a little time for selection

I received my fabric today and I was so happy, the fabric ( the orange leaf) is so much better than the picture, wonderful quality 👍👍. I will be making it into a shirt and I can’t wait to get started. Thank you Jane for your wonderful design, I really love it, Coralie in Brookfield 😊😊

This fabric looks and feels great, can't wait to sew another pair of men's boxers. The printed design is unique- there's nothing like this at Spotlight!
