Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Fabric orders are fulfilled by Spoonflower and aim to be shipped based on table outlined in from receipt of your order confirmation. Production times and delivery date for you order will vary based upon the method you choose. Key information concerning ship date and/or delivery time will be shared at checkout.
For orders of fabric totalling 20 yards and above and orders of wallpaper for 180 feet or more, Spoonflower requires an extra 48 hours of processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer AUD$12.00 flat rate shipping on fabrics world wide to destinations as outlined on Spoonflower’s site here.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message or via email with the phone number or email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.
International Shipping Locations
We offer international shipping to locations all over the world for all products except Fabric.
Fabric is shipped from Spoonflower’s United States facilities to locations all over the world except Belarus, Cote d'Ivoire, Democratic Republic of Congo, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Russia, Somalia, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.

These destinations are subject to change as per Spoonflower’s Shipping and Delivery Policy on their website.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jane Harbison Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@janeharbison.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
No Rush delivery orders can be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@janeharbison.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 159 Gem Road Kenmore Qld 4069 Australia.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. See our full Refund Policy here.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@janeharbison.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
