The shorts turned out really well, the pattern was well presented and very easy to make with the aid of Jane's excellent step by step video tutorials. I had the lovely opportunity to join into the Valentine's day sewalong this weekend. It was my first sewalong and I really enjoyed the experience. I've been sewing on and off for 25 years or so. Sewing is a solo hobby for me and joining a sew-along makes it more communal.
The shorts pattern was easy to understand and cut out of the lovely fabric which was included in my sew-along. Jane's step by step videos were excellent to follow along. I really liked how the shorts turned out. Definitely recommend this pattern and I will definitely join more sew-alongs!

1 = Beginner Easy to 5 = Experience Required

The fabric chosen for our Sewing Kits is carefully considered for the garment.
The fabrics include Cotton Poplin, Organic Gauze, Cotton Linen and Satin and is fulfilled by Spoonflower (US). See the Shipping Policy for delivery times once ordered.
All fabric designs are by Jane Harbison Design.

The fabric has been tested for Colour and Pattern Scale Accuracy with the aim of "what you see is what you get" - but some variation in the natural fibres may cause some colours to present differently.
