  • How long will my fabric take to be delivered

    • We aim to have your fabric to your door within 3 weeks of ordering. Busy periods, such as November-December may take longer.
    • The fabric is printed by Spoonflower (US) and we are guided by their production and delivery schedule. Once it is printed and shipped a Tracking code is added to your order so you can follow its progress.
    • The fabric is shipped directly from the printer to reduce on logistics, fabric waste and wrapping. All designed for a more sustainable impact on our precious planet.
    • The fabric has been printed and tested for quality and colour prior to adding it to the shop. The fabric design in the picture is the one that will be delivered to the Delivery Address specified in your order.

  • What is Cotton Poplin Fabric

    Fabric Specifications

    • Cotton Poplin is 106cm wide 115g per sq mtr (gsm).
    • This Cotton Poplin is a woven 100% cotton fabric characterised by a crisp, smooth hand and structured feel. With a tight weave and soft finish makes it ideal for garments and home decor.
    • Estimated shrinkage: 2-4% in length and 0-1% in width.

    Care Instructions

    Machine wash cool on a gentle/delicate setting, using phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry on a low temperature setting. Iron on the unprinted side of the fabric. 

  • I don't know what my Colour Type is

    Each fabric design has a primary colour type in mind. Your colour type is the category of colours that work best for your natural colouring. These are categorised into 10 types.   • I have already bought the Camp Collar Shirt. Can I buy just the fabric?

    Yes. All the Cotton Poplin fabric designs you see in the Kits can be purchased separately by the yard.

  • Do I need special paid software to access this pattern?

    • No. All the patterns are accessed from a web based hub so no software or app is required to be downloaded.

  • What language is this pattern in?

    All patterns and sewing tutorials are in English.

  • I am worried this won’t fit him?

    • I understand. This is why every pattern comes with Finished Garment measurements which are based upon our Standardised Body Measurements found in the Size Chart on every product page. The difference between the Body and the Finished Garment measurements are designed with comfort in mind, so you have room to move.
    • In addition, each Pattern Range (Boy, Youth, Men and Men Plus) contains 5 sizes, providing flexibility for modification where needed. 
    • If you are still unsure which size you should buy send an email and I will get back to you with a recommendation.

  • I don’t want to spend weeks making this garment. How long should it take me?
